新能源汽車的 S-BOX 電源管理系統是車輛高壓電氣系統的關鍵核心部件，主要負責對動力電池組的充放電過程進行精準管控，并合理分配電力資源。它實時監測電池組的電流、電壓、溫度等關鍵參數，具備過充、過放、過流、短路等多重保護功能，能夠有效預防電池因異常工況而受損，顯著延長電池使用壽命。在充電過程中，S-BOX 電源管理系統會按照電池的特性曲線，精確控制充電電流和電壓，確保電池能夠安全、高效地完成充電過程，避免過充電現象的發生；而在放電過程中，它則根據電池的剩余電量和車輛負載的需求，合理調節放電電流，優化放電過程，從而提高電池的放電效率和車輛的續航里程。
The S-BOX power management system for new energy vehicles is a key core component of the vehicle's high-voltage electrical system, which is mainly responsible for accurately controlling the charging and discharging process of the power battery pack and rationally allocating power resources. It monitors the current, voltage, temperature and other key parameters of the battery pack in real time, and has multiple protection functions such as overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, etc., which can effectively prevent the battery from being damaged due to abnormal working conditions and significantly extend the service life of the battery. During the charging process, the S-BOX power management system will accurately control the charging current and voltage according to the characteristic curve of the battery, ensuring that the battery can complete the charging process safely and efficiently and avoid overcharging. In the discharge process, it reasonably adjusts the discharge current and optimizes the discharge process according to the remaining power of the battery and the demand of the vehicle load, so as to improve the discharge efficiency of the battery and the mileage of the vehicle.
我司目前為寧德時代S-BOX項目主要代工商，21年7月開始批量供貨，截至24年12月已供貨18萬套；
